Ref: purchase of 2009 Alumacraft
On just 9, 2009 I purchased a 2009 Alumacraft boat, trailer and 60 hp Evinrude E-TEC outboard from Jason Mazzarisi. The deal was excellent and Jason was willing to deal to make the sale. I received credit for a trolling motor that I did not want, and also for the depth finder. The deal included mounting my electric anchor winch on the bow and installing my depth finder/GPS. We further dealt on a spare tire. These extras make the deal.
I bought a used boat from jason in the fall of 2009 and he make the deal at that time also by giving me some extras. When I traded that boat this spring, the trade in value was the highest offered to me. I went to many other dealers shopping and did not find even one boat that I wanted. In fact, the Madison dealers did not have a 16′ side console boat in inventory and many never even ordered 2009 boats due to the economy. Of course, you can’t sell what you don’t have. My used boat had a 40 hp E-TEC which made me want another one.
Both of my sales experiences with Don’s and Jason were very rewarding. I will always recommend you to anyone I know that is looking for a boat.
