Dear Andy,
As a former president of a large marine company and current worldwide president of a multibillion dollar company, I have to write this letter to say what an outstanding job you and your staff have done for me in the last year.
Your team exemplifies outstanding customer service whether it’s putting in my two docks and coming to rearrange them numerous times or servicing my PWC — not once, not twice, but three times to keep the teenagers going.
Your work on my boat to correct power and engine problems enabled me to make two business outings at which we had planned to use it … both in record time.
